Discovery provides implementation services with the purchase of your product. We will walk you through your initial implementation phase and assist you with implementing a subset of schools. Our Technical Support department is available to assist you with your implementation requirements.
Training
Principalm+™ is a plug-and-play application. Training is typically not required; however, our Technical Support team is available to assist as needed.
Live online training is also available at no additional cost.
Customization
Most customization requests from customers are added to future releases at no cost.
Large-scale customization requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the scope of the project before a cost estimate is provided.
