1. Make sure you have a valid Principalm Activation Key. You may verify that you have a valid key by opening up Principalm Connect and checking the date listed under License. You will also need to make sure the key is valid if you are running a “data extractor” (bridge).
2. Make sure the Principalm Activation Key supports your handheld device.
-Palm OS - Palm Support Expires “MM/DD/YYYY”
-Windows Mobile - Pocket PC Support Expires “MM/DD/YYYY”
-Dual License - Palm and Pocket PC Support Expires “MM/DD/YYYY”
