Please make sure you are running the latest version of Principalm Connect.
If you are still having trouble, please contact Discovery Support.
We will also need a diagnostic file for further testing purposes.
To generate a diagnostic file in Principalm Connect:
-Click - Help - Diagnostics
-Choose the School
-Click OK
-Choose where to save the file. (typically this will be the desktop).
Please send the .pdi file to Discovery Support.
