This error occurs when running a data extract using a Principalm Data Extractor.
This error is a general error indicating that the query to your database has failed.
This can be caused by many different reasons. It is best to contact our support department so we can help determine exactly what the problem is.
SchoolMAX specific:
If this problem occurs on the SchoolMAX bridge, please consult the user manual “Chapter 1 - Preparing the Connection to SchoolMAX” on Page 5, under “Default SchoolMAX ODBC Connection, using Oracle Driver”.
Make sure “Enable Query Timeout” is unchecked

Skyward specific:
If this problem occurs on the Skyward data extractor, please consult the user manual “Chapter 1 - Preparing the Connection to SchoolMAX” on Page 3, under “Configuring an ODBC Connection In Skyward”.
At the end of this section there is a setting on the advanced tab that you need to make sure is set to: READ_UNCOMMITTED
This error will appear as: “Error number: 80004005 [DataDirect-Technologies][ODBC PROGRESS driver]Error in row” in the Extract Log file.
