How do I delete Principalm library files on my PDA?

Palm:

• Click the top left corner of the Palm, where the time appears. This will open up a drop down menu or click “menu”, button (Treo)
• Choose ‘delete’
• In the programs list select the following: “Principalm”, and ‘delete’ “Pref_Principalm Suite”, and delete “Start” and ‘delete’
• Click “done”

Windows (Pocket PC):

• Click ‘Start’
• Choose ‘Program Files’
• Choose ‘File Explorer’
• Choose ‘Programs’
• Locate “Principalm”, click and hold down, until a short cut menu appears (this is like a right click on a Windows pda)
• Choose ‘delete’.

Library files may be cleared if the following occur:

• Error: No Database Found
• Palm crash or reset
• Principalm version is incorrect
• Data did not update correctly
