No photos on my Palm Treo.

Principalm is compatible with Treo 700p and Treo 700w series.

Known issues with Treo 700p, 750p, 755p. Unable to view photos, this is not a bug but a settings issue. The problem with not showing pictures stems from a conflict with software and/or preferences that may have been passed on from previous Treo Smartphones used, (Treo 300, Treo 600, Treo 650, etc).

A clean install of Principalm on the Treo 700p, after a hard reset and before re-synching will fix this issue. Synchronizing with the original user account will consistently produced a picture failure in Principalm, even if the Saved Preferences database has been deleted before re-synching following a hard reset.

Please follow Palm's recommendations for upgrading from a Treo device to a newer one. Remove the entire Backup folder from your desktop Palm folder, perform hard reset, then sync to old user account (minus the backup folder). This may require that you re-install all applications.
