What if ODBC access is denied by the School District?

In a typical district a school will not have ODBC access to their SIS Database. We suggest in these cases that the Data Extractor be deployed on a machine with access to the Database. The data extractor is then set up to extract each school into a separate folder. These folders are then distributed to the school via shared network connection, or ftp’d to the appropriate location via scheduled scripts. Each school only has access to its own schools data and can then build the cards locally using these files.
