How do I find the operating system on my device?
Here are instructions to find the operating system on your device.
BlackBerry
- Access the BlackBerry menu and select Options
- Choose About
- The operating system will be listed within the About screen v4.x.x.x
*Note: the model number of your device will also be listed here, if you are unsure of the device you are using**
Palm
- Go to the application manager.
- Open the menu by tapping the top left section of the screen, and choose Info.
- Choose Version at the bottom of the screen
- Palm OS version will be listed here v.5.x.x
Windows Mobile
- Click Start – Settings
- Under Settings choose the System tab located at the bottom of the screen
- Under System choose About
- Microsoft Windows Mobile Version will be listed here
