I’ve installed Principalm on my BlackBerry but I cannot find the icon?
This may be caused by usage of a BlackBerry theme that does not support third party applications. (For example, the Verizon theme does not support third party applications, therefore you will not be able to see the Principalm application icon.)
To confirm why you cannot see the Principalm icon, change to the default theme by following the steps below:
- Access the BlackBerry menu and select Options
- Select Theme
- Select the “default” theme
- Choose activate (not necessary on some BlackBerry devices)
- Exit to the home screen, and look for the Principalm application icon (note: on some devices the icon is listed under Downloads)
