How do I adjust the dialer settings?
Using Dialer Setup from the Edit menu in Principalm, you can:
- enter commands to block your phone number from caller ID, such as *67
- set the area code that is dialed by default for phone numbers that have no area code assigned.
- adjust the amount of time to wait between dialing a phone number and dialing an extension
Dialed commands will vary depending on your device. Please consult your device’s documentation.
BlackBerry
Dialer Settings in Principalm+ is not available on the BlackBerry device; however you can still make modifications to your dial settings in Principalm+ before each call! Select a contact number to call in Principalm+, a dialogue window will pop up confirming the phone number you wish to dial. Make your edits in the phone number field (i.e. #31# (555) 555 5555).
