The Mac School Bridge for Principalm allows you to export your student data into Principalm.

Required Version

This bridge requires Principalm v7.2.0 or later.

Known Issues

  • Period Attendance is not supported because the UAT from MacSchool does not support Period Attendance. Please contact Pearson/Chancery's support department to request the addition of this feature
  • If you need this bridge as a StuffIt file (.sit) please contact our support department.
  • If you are unable to unStuff the MacSchool Bridge file, you can use the unstuffit application at Stuffit Standard Edition 10.0.2. This is a free download, but does require a valid email address

Version 3.0.1.1 (Jun 16th, 2008) adds the following features and fixes:

  • Fixes an issue that caused Conduct to display incorrectly

Version 3.0.1.0 (Apr 9th, 2008) adds the following features and fixes:

  • Adds Contact Type for easier grouping
  • Fixes a bug Where Daily Attendance codes had the wrong header
  • Warns if Phone numbers are in wrong format
  • Fixed a bug to ensure classes are unique over each term

Version 3.0.0.0 (Feb 19h, 2008) adds the following features and fixes:

  • Added Conduct and Medical History
  • Now supports calendars, as long as the version of MacSchool you have supports this export
  • Better logging for easier support.
  • Fixed a bug where some Attendance Codes were not exported.
  • Fully supports all features from version 7.2 of Principalm, except Period Attendance. See Known issues for more information.

Version 2.0.2.1 (Nov 17th, 2006) adds the following features and fixes:

  • Fixes a bug that appended information onto the end of previously written files.
  • PDE file is now named correctly.
  • Fixed error with omitted Grade Bins.
  • Adds a default inactive drop date.
  • User Guide is now accessible from the Extractor.
  • Cleans up the format of the export files, removing blank entries.

Version 2.0.2.0 (June 21, 2006) adds the following features and fixes:

  • Supports Features found in Principalm 7.0
  • Fixes crash if no schedules are present in the schools data.
