ADDRESS DISCIPLINE and SECURITY ISSUES EASIER: With Principalm 7.2.4, users can access more detailed information on each student’s conduct — at the moment they need it … around school grounds, in the hallway or out on a field trip. It can include everything from infractions like smoking or truancy to legal notices. This information is also searchable by incidents and outcomes, not just by student name.
DEAL WITH EMERGENCIES MORE EFFECTIVELY: This new version has a greatly enhanced medical section. It includes not only existing medical conditions, but also a medical history. It also has a quick way to scroll through emergency contacts for each student.
KEEP BETTER TRACK OF STUDENTS: This new version of Principalm also enables the user to search by bus number (whether a bus is “in†or “outâ€Â), by parking permit, and by State ID.
GET TO KNOW YOUR STUDENTS and WATCH BEHAVIORS IMPROVE: Back by popular demand, this face-matching Name Game helps the user remember student names. By being able to better recognize students, school staff witness improved student behavior.
This new version also includes a number of functional improvements that make it easier to use. It is also now functional with a larger variety of Palm and Windows handheld devices, including the SmartPhone 2005 and Motorola Q.
